Hepatitis C remains a poorly understood and badly supported illness. As a patient group we are passionate about raising awareness in order to improve services and save lives. We need your help to do this.
If you have come to this site the chances are that you have either been diagnosed with hepatitis C or know someone who has. There are still between 100,000 and 350,000 people undiagnosed in the UK alone and stigma and ignorance could be preventing them from life saving treatment.
We can only change this if we all start talking about hepatitis C openly and without fear
There are many ways to get involved and we need everyone to stand with us and make hepatitis C a thing of the past. Join our Patient’s Association, write to your local MP, talk to your GP, ask for the best level of care and support from your local hospital.
As patients we need to demand the very highest respect and care for a disease nobody deserves to have. Your help and support in doing this will be invaluable.
