The Exeter Liver Support Group is based at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital. They meet on the second Tuesday of each month in the Medical Outpatients Department. The meetings are very informal and we cover all types of liver disease. All are welcome: patients, former patients, family, friends and medical staff. They are fortunate to have consultants and specialist nurses involved in the group.

The South East Kent Hepatitis Patient Support Group is open to anyone affected by hepatitis B or C, including carers.
The group offers the chance to meet others in similar circumstances and the opportunity to share coping strategies and receive moral support.

Their main work is to provide support and advice to patients with liver disease and their families throughout Northern Ireland. The Support Group has volunteer members around Northern Ireland. The main aim of the Group is to offer support and understanding not only to patients but also to relatives and friends. We endeavour to raise awareness of and combat the stigma associated with liver disease in all its forms.

-Free and confidential advice and understanding.
-A listening ear, whether you need one phone call or long term support. They can ring back, write to you or, if you prefer they can arrange for someone to meet with you.
- Literature and leaflets focussing on many different aspects of liver disease.
- Financial assistance in certain circumstances in line with strict criteria.
